To register with Parcelforce Worldwide Claims Online, please complete the form below.

If you are a Parcelforce contract holder you will need your Trading Agreement, or a recent Customer Service Report or an invoice to refer to in order to fill in some of the boxes. If you do not add your Account number and Contract number you could delay your claim being processed

If you are not a Parcelforce contract holder, you do not need to add your account and contract number

Once completed, your registration details will be validated by a member of our claims team, based in the UK, within normal office hours. Once approved your login details will be emailed to you.

Your claim will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of carriage that were agreed at the time of posting. These can be accessed via our Conditions of carriage

Please be aware that with the exception of Parcelforce Worldwide contract customers, all payments are made by cheque. These will be paid in a company name if you supply one. If you require a cheque in a personal name, do not complete the company name field with any details when submitting your claim.

Please also note should there be an error in a claim application or the supporting evidence that results in the need to re-issue a cheque, an administration charge of £10.00 will be deducted from the claim amount.
