Submit a new claim

To support the claims process please have the below information at the ready.

  • The parcel number, sender's and recipient's details
  • The posted or collected date
  • The cost of the parcel or consignment
  • Which service the parcel was sent on, e.g. express24
  • If applicable, photographs to support any damage to the parcel
  • For account customers, your account and contract number

Query an existing claim

If you have any queries on an existing claim, please allow 5 working days for a response from the day you submit a claim. This gives our team time to investigate thoroughly before making a decision.
