Using Claims Online will allow you to:

  • Submit a claim online
  • Keep track of your existing claims.
  • Send messages to us about your claim.
  • Store and share documents to support your claim, for example Photographs, Proof of Postage, Evidence of Value.

To use Parcelforce Claims Online you must register your details.

Please ensure that your email is correct before submission of your claim. Failure to supply a correct email account will result in Parcelforce Worldwide being unable to accept any new claim.

All claims are automatically declined where a suspension of guarantee is in place. This is confirmed within our terms and conditions of carriage, which can be viewed Here

Due to the sensitive nature of parcels being sent to British Forces, We can not accept claims for BFPO consignments. Please send your requests to : BFPO Enquiries, British Forces Post Office, West End Road, Ruislip, HA4 6DQ .

Claims for parcels sent from outside the UK must be made by the sender, with the original sending company. Parcelforce Worldwide cannot accept claims for import parcels.

Please be aware - For retail claims we can only accept claims from the person or company who has paid Parcelforce Worldwide, or posted directly through the Post Office. If you have used a 3rd party shipper to send your item for example,

All claims will need to be raised with the 3rd party shipper directly as their terms and conditions for claims apply.

For any parcels sent through Send It Now, all claims should now be raised directly on their website.

For our customers who need help accessing claims online and to support access for all, you can still pick up a paper claims form from your local Post office.
